Christophe Jacrot is a French photographer who lives in Paris. He was born in 1960. He first worked in film. He made several short films, and most of them won awards.
He is known for photographs of cities and landscapes in rain, snow and fog. His books include Lost in the Beauty of Bad Weather (teNeues, 2023) and Winterland: The Colors of Snow (teNeues, 2025). Winterland has 208 pages. It gathers photographs made in 2024 and 2025.
His galleries are in Paris, Geneva and Aix-en-Provence. His work is in the Hermès corporate collection.
