João Linneu is a Brazilian-born photographer, designer and publisher. He lives in Reykjavík, Iceland. In 2016 he co-founded Void, an organization focused on photography, alternative publishing, exhibitions and education. He and his wife Fernanda Fajardo have a book design studio, Kakkalakki.
His book JJ VFF VV (Void, 2026, 416 pages) is about the premature birth of his son Valentín and the family's time in the neonatal intensive care unit. It brings together family photographs, medical records, hospital memories, street images of São Paulo and a drawing by Valentín, which became the title and cover. Linneu waited 10 years before publishing it.
