Erdiola Kanda Mustafaj

Erdiola Kanda Mustafaj is an Albanian-Italian multidisciplinary artist born in 1992 in Elbasan, Albania, and based between Paris and Tirana. Working across photography, video, installation, and sound, her practice explores diaspora, collective memory, displacement, and the relationship between people, place, and history.

Her work often begins from personal experience and expands into broader questions of belonging, inherited memory, and the traces left by migration. She graduated from CFP Riccardo Bauer in Milan with a Master in Photography and Visual Communication, and her projects have been shown in Albania, Italy, France, Germany, China, and Sweden. In 2025, Pasqyra e Lëndësh received an honourable mention at Giovane Fotografia Italiana during Fotografia Europea in Reggio Emilia. (Website, Instagram)
