Sherrie Nickol

Sherrie Nickol is an American fine art photographer who grew up in Osceola, Arkansas, and has spent her adult life in New York City. She studied photography at the University of Cincinnati and later at the International Center of Photography in New York. Her work often explores relationships between people and their surroundings, moving between private spaces, public life, family, and individual experience. Her photographs are held in the permanent collection of the Bibliothèque nationale de France in Paris and in private collections across the United States, and she has had solo exhibitions at Temple University and The National Arts Club in New York City.
