Mark Power

Mark Power (born 1959) is a British photographer based in Brighton, known for long-term, research-driven projects that often grow out of editorial and commissioned work.

He joined Magnum Photos as a nominee in 2002 and became a full member in 2007.

Power is widely recognized for meticulously constructed images, and for building bodies of work over years rather than chasing single moments. His major projects include The Shipping Forecast, Superstructure, The Treasury Project, 26 Different Endings, and the ongoing Good Morning, America series. (Website, Facebook, Instagram)
