Pete Souza
Pete Souza is a photographer, best-selling author, speaker, and Professor Emeritus of Visual Communication at Ohio University. He served as Chief Official White House Photographer and Director of the White House photo office during all 8 years of the Obama administration, and previously worked as an official White House photographer during the Reagan administration. His book Obama: An Intimate Portrait was published by Little, Brown and Company in 2017 and debuted at #1 on the New York Times bestseller list. Souza’s work has also appeared in books, exhibitions, and the documentary The Way I See It, which looks at the presidency through his photographs of Barack Obama and Ronald Reagan.
