Robin Hinsch

Robin Hinsch is a German photographer whose work explores the relationship between power, violence, and global systems of injustice. He focuses on long-term projects that investigate topics such as fossil fuel extraction, armed conflict, and environmental collapse. His practice combines documentary photography with a strong ethical and conceptual framework, often developed in collaboration with journalists, activists, and local communities.

Hinsch studied photography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Hamburg, the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover, and the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest. His work has been exhibited internationally and has received multiple awards, including the World Photography Award, the European Photography Award, and recognition from the British Journal of Photography.
