David Ricci is a photographer based in the Berkshire Hills of western Massachusetts. He explores human relationships with the environment and physical objects. His images work as both historical document and social mirror, asking viewers to look closely at American society and material culture.

His photography spans nearly five decades. He received the Annual Curator’s Award from The Center for Photographic Arts and was longlisted for the Aesthetica Prize. His work has been exhibited at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the Fogg Museum. EDGE won the Foreword Reviews Indies gold award in photography.
